SATHI K1 Foot SATHI Foot is a SACH (Solid Ankle Cushion Heel) feet and consist of a rigid foot without ankle articulation, where the heel absorbs the shock and the forefoot simulates the dorsal flexion of the foot. In spite of having a very simple design, SATHI feet respond to functional necessities in all the phases of the gait. The SATHI foot is generally no longer considered in standard care but can form part of the preparatory prosthesis before moving to a more sophisticated foot design.
